Hi, I’m Michael.

All through my career as an A&R manager, Major and Indie Label Managing Director and Artist Manager, the one constant has been artist and professional development. I have an affinity for helping singers, songwriters, bands and young managers discover who and what they are and how they can have ongoing success. I enjoy watching artists and managers grow from zero to hero and it’s a satisfying process for me. I watch them go from nothing to become something really grand; watch how they come of age and develop in the music industry. This is why over the last few years I’ve worked closely with selected clients as a consultant and why I’ve launched this business, The Right Path.

When an artist, band or manager has a clear path and solid goals to work towards, they are empowered to grow in confidence and towards success. My approach is tough but fair, direct and constructive and most importantly, realistic.

Whilst I cannot guarantee success, I can educate and inspire you to be an authentic artist or a well equipped manager, guide your career and help you make real connections in the industry.

I have two pathways for my consultancy, one is open for all artists and the other is open to all managers.
